Before joining BC+, my main struggle was structure and consistency. I understood consulting frameworks in theory, but I couldn’t translate them into clear, MECE, interview-ready answers. I was also finding it hard to assess my own performance honestly and didn’t know whether I was focusing on the right areas. Overall, I lacked direction in my preparation and felt I was practicing without improving. BC+ gave me a much more structured way of thinking about casing. The drills, frameworks, and breakdowns helped me understand how to approach a case rather than just memorize examples. My problem-solving approach became clearer, my communication more top-down, and I was able to identify mistakes I couldn’t see before. Even though I haven’t yet converted this into an interview outcome, my confidence, clarity, and method have improved significantly compared to where I started. BC+ is a useful resource if you want structure, repetition, and a clearer understanding of what “good” looks like in a consulting interview. It won’t replace consistent practice or guarantee an interview, but it provides a strong foundation and a more disciplined way to prepare. If someone is serious about consulting, especially without access to a strong peer group, BC+ can help cut down confusion and bring direction to their preparation.
